Virtually Yours Tip of the Month
Limit the time you spend on email. Schedule 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the afternoon to read and respond to emails. Keeping your inbox open all day or frequently checking them on your PDA is a distraction, a stress factor, and a productivity zapper. We all know that just one email can sidetrack us for an hour! Most people will know how to contact you if they need an urgent response. Just try it for a week and see how much more you’ll get accomplished!!
